A complex of factory spaces and an office has been designed as autonomous buildings. The facades of the U-shaped, ten-metre-high industrial plant have a distinctive pattern of horizontal black-and-white edging. The facade overlooking the inner courtyard is constructed from yellow metal plates that are folded outwards like an inner lining.
The design of the office is more delicate. This building on a lenticular plan with distinctive, steeply angled eaves is connected to the factory space by a footbridge. The facade is defined by horizontal bands of windows and vertical columns of bronze-coloured metal, which stick out above the sloping eaves. The entrance to the office is formed by a portico that gives access to the central foyer, restaurant and administrative offices on the ground floor. The general offices are grouped around a vide on the second and third floors. The partition walls between the offices are solid. The wall between the offices and the corridor is made of glass. On the top floor there is a conference room that shows off the form of the roof.
